This professional learning will deepen knowledge and understanding of the governing body’s obligations in relation to the Child Safe Standards so that school policies, procedures and practices are compliant with Ministerial order 1359 and child safety is prioritised across all dimensions of the school culture.

This training supports school governing bodies to meet their annual regulatory requirements and to effectively ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in educational settings. The 12 modules offer self-paced, interactive content, including scenario-based examples and quizzes, to deepen participants' knowledge of creating and maintaining child-safe schools. Each module is crafted to ensure participants can engage at their own pace, with progress saved as they advance, making it convenient to complete in a single session or at different times.
