The licence holder for Seasons for Growth in New Zealand is Cardinal John Dew and the Catholic Archdiocese of Wellington. The licence is managed by the Seasons for Growth Aotearoa New Zealand Licence Council whose role is to train and support a network of trainers and protect the integrity of the programs.

Seasons for Growth Grief Education Limited is a registered charity in England and Wales. Charity registration #1173121.
Registered trainers work across England and Wales supporting Companions delivering the programs, hosting online reconnector sessions and supporting the collation of online evaluations. The Notre Dame Centre in Glasgow has been the national licence holder for Seasons for Growth in Scotland since 2001. In that time, over 7,500 Companions have been trained in authorities across Scotland and there are currently over 40 trainers.
